Shipping Information:

Orders will be filled and shipped within 7 business days. Exceptions: Backordered items or Custom Order/ Personalized Items. Please do not order items that are marked as not available for order. This means that we do not currently have these items in stock. When we have the item back in stock, we will update the website accordingly.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

1. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Molly & Max. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. This RA# can be obtained by requesting and filling out a Return Authorization Form. To request a Return Authorization form, please send us an email with "RA FORM REQUEST" in the subject line. Returns or exchanges received without a Return Authorization will NOT be processed. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will NOT be processed and will be returned to customer at customer's own expense and/or additional restocking fee of 50% will be incurred.

2. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange: Art, Collectible Ornaments, Magnets, Hats, Coasters, Dog Beds, Dog Bowls.

3. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

4. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells). A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 2 weeks of the date of purchase or item is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

5. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering. Some of our items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

6. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

7. All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
